Takuro Someya Contemporary Art is pleased to announce that its group exhibition Ryuta Iida, Motomasa Suzuki, Mai Yamashita + Naoto Kobayashi, Yoshitaka Yazu will open on March 26th (Saturday).

Through their individual style and practice, the artists participating in this exhibition have been creating worlds that are both familiar and unfamiliar to us.

Ryuta Iida continues his daily collection of antique books and materials.

Motomasa Suzuki records pieces of his memory along the journey in search of his roots.

Mai Yamashita + Naoto Kobayashi share seemingly ordinary incidents and activities, giving them a form that is tangible.

Yoshitaka Yazu explores the space co-created and inhabited by humans and spirits, searching for ways to bring it into the day-to-day environment.

In this exhibition, the artists’ endeavors intersect as materialized works, urging us to follow their tracks.

This group show marks our gallery’s 10th anniversary.

We sincerely appreciate your support over the years. Thank you very much and we look forward to seeing you all again.
